本产品属我公司创新设计的药物包装机械，其功能达到国内先进水平。适用于制药、保健品、食品、化妆品、医疗器械等行业的胶囊、片剂、大蜜丸、糖果、液体、膏体、一次性注射器及异形物的铝塑、纸塑、铝铝复合密封包装。该机采用微电脑编程控制，变频调速，触摸面板操作，自动化程度高，是十分理想的泡罩包装设备。产品已通过省级技术成果鉴定。

1、成型、热封、打批号、压痕、冲裁等装置全部采用制有齿条的心轴定位，摇动摇手柄，各种装置均能在心轴上轻松自如的移动，机台装有标尺，校正方便，定位迅速准确。

2、机械手牵引，采用了双重摆杆装置，增大了牵引行程的可调范围（可达180mm），能适应各种尺寸药版的包装。机器对版加热、正压成型、上下网纹、气缸热封、自动送料、自动压痕打批号、自动冲裁版块，操作简单运行可靠。
Mechanical hand traction: it adopts double rod of pendulum device whichcan increase the stroke travel range (up to 180mm). it widely is suitable forall kinds of size packaging of blister. Plate heating, positive forming, upper and lower web plates, heating sealing , automatic feeding, automaticimpression and embossing and automatic cutting are easy and reliable operation.
3、正压空气成型加上配置机械冲头，确保了泡罩成型均匀挺括，适用于大密丸、医疗器械等较大尺寸或特殊形状物的包装；配以专用的自动加料器，能适应安瓿、针剂、西林瓶等的包装，适用范围广。

It is applicable forpackaging with larger size or special shaped of honey pill, big honey pills andetc. it is equipped with special automatic feeder for packaging of ampoule,syringes and injection vial. 4、主传动部分采用平行轴斜齿轮减速箱，成型、热封、压痕等模具采用肖钉定位，压板固紧，定位准确，换模方便，节省包材。
The main drive shaft adopts parallel axis bevel gearreducer, forming, heating sealing, impression and etc. which of mould areadopting pill for tightly and accuracy position-setting, easier to change ansave packing material.
5、为便于机器进入车间，机身可按用户要求进行分体制作。
